Before Milo Business Solutions ever existed, Jacob (our founder) spent years building and scaling Pacific Personal Training, a boutique women’s fitness studio, into a thriving business. But it didn’t start that way.

Like most service-based business owners, Jacob wore every hat: marketing, sales, scheduling, onboarding, customer service, follow-ups—you name it. It wasn’t sustainable. So he began building automated systems—step by step—to free up his time without sacrificing client experience.

From lead nurture sequences and trial offers, to automated check-ins, referrals, upsells, and reactivation campaigns—Jacob created an engine that allowed the business to grow while becoming less dependent on him.
